Rami has founded and successfully launched several business process outsourcing companies across the Middle East since 2006. In 2021, his company Gulf CX was acquired by Raya CX and he continues to lead the organization across the GCC. Additionally, in 2021, he was awarded the CX Professional of the year award by Gulf CX Awards.

Rami is a highly qualified Information Communications Technology (ICT) and Business Management professional with over 15 years of experience in Telecommunications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs), and Management Consulting sectors. He has worked in top-level positions in several leading global organizations including Accenture as a consultant, General Electric where he obtained his Six Sigma green belt, and Morgan Stanley in New York where he was a technology research manager.

Prior to that, he was part of the startup team of Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer in New York.
